Project Description

One of the parts that we work with BioAjustament is that of the pains and mismatches of the pelvic area, where a variety of symptoms can be found, some of which can be very annoying, such as pains, stings and itching in the area of the vulva and vagina. Here’s a little explanation of where these pains might come from. At BioAjustament we have specific work to improve and release all these annoying processes. The work has a vision beyond the pelvic area.

As someone once said: everything that’s up there is down and upside down.

We’re going to accompany you in a work that integrates all parts of your being.

HOW CAN THE PUDENDAL NERVE AFFECTS ON OUR GENITALS?

The pudendal nerve originates in the sacral plexus, in the area of the sacral bone.

The pudendal nerve provides the branches that form the lower rectal nerves, and is soon divided to form two terminal branches: the perineal nerve, and the dorsal nerve of the clitoris (in women) or the dorsal nerve of the penis (in males).

You can find more accurate information on the internet, we do not intend to teach anatomy, just that we can understand this fantastic nerve a little more.

Let’s give a little more importance to the Perineal Nerve, which is the smallest and longest nerve of the two terminal branches of the perishable nerve and provides inervation to the perineum, the perineal nerve emits sensory branches that envelop the lower third of the vagina and urethra, and the extern and intern lips. The motor branches also reach the striatum sphincter of the urethra.

PUDENDAL NERVE NEURALGIA

Symptoms of nerve neuralgia may vary, but so often, the pain is usually so invalidating that it is difficult to sit in a prolonged position.

Among other issues, you may suspect you have this problem with these symptoms:

  •  The most common is localized pain, such as pain in the saddle area. Being seated can become a real torture, especially when you are sitting on your inner area.
  • Keep in mind that the pain may vary: you may notice it only one side or both, or more located in the front to the leg, or from the crotch backwards.
  • It is also annoying to pee or defecate. It can make it impossible to perform the defecation, being able to create a blockage.

It can also completely limit your relationship with your partner, because sex is very painful. Think you may have pain even in your clitoris or penis.

Other sensations you may notice include:

  •  Burning and itching.
  • Tingling or altering the sensitivity of that area. There are people who even feel an electric shock (ramps).
  • Even can change your fluids (vaginal and semen can even occur: odor, density, etc…).

That’s why, you can’t work sitting nor standing, it turns out you’re not okay with yourself nor your partner,… which seriously limits your quality of life and autonomy.
