Project Description

WHEN A WOMAN KNOWS HERSELF, THERE’S NOTHING AND NO ONE WHO CAN HURT HER, BECAUSE SHE KNOWS WHO SHE IS AND WHAT SHE WANTS IN LIFE.

This workshop is for you if: you want to discover new ways to release your pelvic area, you have pains in the lower back, abdominal pains, inguinal pains, menstrual pains, menstrual problems, vaginal infections, pelvic floor pains, lack of sexual desire, intestinal problems… and also if you want to learn exercises to be able to work with yourself and even if you are a professional who works with other people and wants to know a new working methodology.

Schedule:

From 10h to 13h and from 15h to 18h

Morning:

  • Anatomy tasting to better understanding the functioning of our pelvis and the possible causes of problems in this area.
  • Body research and possible stress caused by the mismatches.
  • Workout BA 1

Afternoon/Evening:

  • Breaths of the transverse muscle of the abdomen to release tension of the chest-lumbar fascia and other breaths to activate our center.
  • Workout BA 2
  • Workout BA 3
  • Conclusion and questions
